Five Factor Diet Overview
Who doesn’t want to be part of a diet that has helps big name celebrities manage their weight like Eva Mendez, Alicia Keys, & Kane West? If it works for them, then it would most certainly work for me right?
It could, but then again, you’re not a celebrity (no offense). The Five Factor Diet has 5 approaches to losing weight.
-
5 Week Plan: The diet is supposed to provide results within 5 weeks of use
-
5 Meals a Day: By eating 5 meals a day, you will feel less hungry.
-
5 Ingredient Meals: Keep it simple. 5 Factor provides a list of simple recipes for your enjoyment.
-
25 Minute Workouts: That’s right, 25 minute workouts is all that’s required to shred the fat.
-
5 cheat days in 5 weeks: That’s 1 cheat meal a week.
It sounds like a decent diet and could very well work for most. We really liked the idea of allowing cheat meals. In fact, having cheat meals can refresh and help a dieter stay focused. After receiving feedback from several dieters and analyzing the data collected from our quarterly surveys, the one true complaint was how the diet was packaged and marketed to the general public. We thought this to be a silly complaint but after sitting down to really consider it we’ve come to the following conclusion. Let’s revisit the comment at the beginning of this article. You are not a celebrity and the difference between you and the weight loss success of Alicia Keys is, she could afford to have someone there to do everything (cook & portion her meals, track her progress, help her workout, etc).
Conclusion
The Five Factor Diet is only as good as the person following it. If you are one to get caught up in the celebrity hype then you might be a little disappointed, however, if you can strap on your workout shoes and lace up your eating habits this diet may work for you. You On a Diet will remain neutral in recommending this diet until further research is performed.
