How Does Turbulence Training Work?

Turbulence training uses interval training to losing weight.  Interval training consists of core exercises, low repetitions, using moderate weight.  Exercises are rotated every 4 weeks so the body does not have a chance to adapt.  As mentioned earlier, the Turbulence Training program comes in a series of downloadable e-books.  The e-books have all the needed material to get started and understand what is required for each exercise.  Included in the e-book series is: Fat Loss Nutrition Guidelines, Fat Loss 8-Week Program, Turbulence Training for Women 4-Week Program, Turbulence Training for Muscle 8-Week Program, Original 4-Week Bodyweight Program, 30-Days to Advanced Fat Loss Program, Advanced Fusion Fat Loss 4-Week Program, and more.

 

Conclusion

Turbulence Training has a unique approach to exercise.  We were pleased to learn the program was tested before being released to the public.  We would have preferred to see more interactive material included with the program but the overall goal of fitness and weight loss is defiantly covered in this program.  Incorporating a meal based diet like Fat Loss 4 Idiots or The South Beach Diet could increase overall weight loss and provide a more balanced lifestyle for your health.
